hi, i am a single mother in need of some help. i need a cash loan between 35,000-85,000.I tried to use cash advance loans, but i couldn’t. i dont have a good credit and cant get a loan anywhere, i will be able to pay back in three months i will pay you 3x of what you would loan me plus interest on top of that. please where i live at i need to leave.
I am looking for 2 rehab loans on investment properties. This is a full doc loan. Borrower has 680 middle score and owns 20 single family rental units. Both properties are priced at $75,000 and each need $100,000 worth of work. Does anyone know you can do this???
Does anyone know of any commercial lenders who will do small deals (around $100K) with high LTV’s 85%? We have been working with APEX but the most LTV you can get out of them is about 70%.
